This piece has openwork brass filigree embellished with 2 dangling blue crystals and measures just under 7/8" wide by 1 3/8" long (which is counting the dangles). Brass pin has matching blue crystal and measures 1 3/16" long. Item is in wonderful vintage condition. In photo, item may appear somewhat darker than it actually is.
