Sasha Sexed Girl Baby White Bird 508 w/ box Trendon
This lovely Sasha doll was issued by Trendon Limited out of Stockport, England back in the early 1980's. Modeled on the scupltures of their designer, Sasha Morgenthaler, these dolls are created as art. This is one of the rarer babies, from the 1970's, and has the girl body. This Sasha has not been played with and the doll is in wonderful shape with short dark hair not falling out, brown eyes, adorable face and still has her wrist tag. She is in her original clothing and there is no fading to this outfit nor has it ever been removed. There is a little bit of white from one of the elastic bands used in the packaging on the back of her red tights. This is the only part of the doll's outfit that was affected. She comes with her basket and little white bird. She has been stored in her original box with the rubber bands removed to prevent them from degrading on the doll once discovered that it was happening. The box has some damage to it, the end flap has torn off and the plastic has detached in a few places as so many have. The plastic from the front can be reglued if you want to do that. The label is still attached to the box. The doll itself is in wonderful condition and was stored carefully in my non-smoking home. Any spots or glare on the photo comes from the flash of the camera.
