It has two open shelves and non-opening drawers in the base. It is made in a 3/4" to 1 foot scale and measures 3 3/4" t x 2 5/8" w x 1 1/8" d. It is in excellent condition but does not have the cardboard backing. Made of hard plastic. No chew marks. No broken parts. It does need a good cleaning.
