I am not sure who this doll is , she has on the back of her neck 3. A. 1995, Sandy Doll Inc, Made in the Phillippines She is 10 in. tall and blue painted on eyes her hair is in very good condition She has jointed arms and legs and a gold star on her right hand She is all vinyl, her eyes are looking up I am sure these are her original clothes She comes from a smoke/pet free home Questions welcome.
